I have 512k dedicated and after 10 am the download speed goes to as low as 10kbps is this a norm users >= 20 using n computing technology

now am opting to go back to orange 2mb shared where was doing badly @ 20kbps.

is the location a factor ?

WiMAX depends on the Radio signal quality so it will depend on this aspect at your site. Otherwise I use Safaricom WiMAX at 5 locations so far and I am generally happy.
