Indeed, speed has been low the last two weeks... Well, they tell customer to ping zuku because I guess when it's what they advertised for (advertised speed is the speed when pinging Zuku.co.ke) That's why a friend of mine told me that paying for Turbo 4 is total nonsense since you get the same speed whatever offer you have (Turbo 1, Turbo 4 or Turbo 8)... so why paying double price (Turbo 4) if you only get speed of Turbo 1 ??? They ussualy tell customers to do a bandwith test based on their intranet its like pinging your router or your modem thats 1ms .. speedtest.zuku.co.ke whilst the real test is bandwithplace.com
They have gone to the extent of hosting their test at speedtest.net to confuse kenyans .
WHAT SHALL WE DO TO MLIKA MWIZI??? SUGGESTIONS??? DOES ANYONE HAVE CONTACTS TO THEIR MANAGEMENT >OR SHOULD WE SUE THEM??
