Bad for a friend one reason for my friends to have a gmail account I think however the individual can mail the yahoo support and as well read clearly the help provided by the forgot password pages have seen instances where people ignore the guide lines or do opposite of the manual guide tell you friend to take his time read the help and mail yahoo support using alternative mail or you mail. there is a solution just find out  <br>

There&#39;s normally an email address provided at the password reset page in case the reset procedure doesn&#39;t go through. If you have the right credentials to the account, try their email support<br>
