Just listen to his video presentation, no clue and differentiation between CDN and application acceleration. Load balancing has nothing to do wan acceleration, neither does splitting requests, even you know this. In a nutshell, he is on about packet priorities and caching. If one does not know how proprietary apps move their client-server data which do not fall under CDN, how then does a network engineer implement priority on the packets. He has to go proprietary.
