My noobie assumption was that the stress a turboéd engine goes through requires a bit more different engine oil, frequency of service etc, than a naturally aspirated one. Peter, if you go through the manuals, you will realize that model difference doesn't really matter for owners manual until your need for the document becomes actual engine repairs.
Please note, even if the car is left handed in the manual, it also applies for right handed models.

And most of the manuals on sale at ebay are for the 2.0L and 2.5L.
And I don't know Japanese so cant google that side of the net
And Subaru Kenya seem not to answer emails.
