All, Orange has an Internet Everywhere 3G service that promises a 21mbps speeds. However the caveat is that they have a fair usage policy that dicates that speeds are throttled once someone reaches a certain downloads threshold. Question is does anyone know whatthis download threshold is ? 5GB ? Pls advise. Kevin
