- General cleaning of machine and peripherals including phones & dvr equipment. (NComputing setup: 1 machine and 4 screens) - General cleaning of laptops (5 laptops) - Software troubleshooting whenever there is a problem on the Ncomputing system and the laptops.
I would prefer an arrangement where the person would visit the office once a month for general servicing of the machines and can be available on call whenever there is a software related problem.
