@Okechukwu I have never used a similar phone model before but I'm quite certain its your phone's hardware that has an issue. If you have a warranty can't u just return it and get another one? Or is it a bug? If if it is indeed a bug, it would be very helpful if u filed and submitted it to the manufacturerer.
