They are technically the same. The last 3 4 letters, LL/A and LL/A denote the target market. LL/A is for United States, and all products have this, wether iPhone, MacBooks or other Apple devices. I assume LZ/A is for the UAE or something like that. There are other codes fro different regions/areas.
Apple products are bound to be cheaper in the USA. Hence the price difference.
