2. Skill set and support - express automation, gestalt gild limited, business connections, dimension data, redington
3. Support licensing - this is bundled on purchase of appliance.

With all said and done fortigate stands out of the crowd. You can get references from organisation's already using it.

Fortinet has led in Gartner's UTM analysis consistently over time (http://www.firewall-singapore.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Magic-Quadrant-for-Unified-Threat-Management-2014.pdf), however, other factors in addition to the technical capabilities such as local distribution, skill set, support, licensing model, TCO are areas you should consider as well. 

That said and all factors considered, IMHO, Cyberoam may be a better choice in this market.
