[Skunkworks] Zain internet connection problem at Dar

Zain onlist; I have a Kenyan colleague attending a conference there -their link is not working there - it was working just fine in Nairobi. Other attendees on Safaricom are able to connect. What should be done? Let me know on or off list thanks
