I love this excerpt from the "About Us" section on the Mavoko website:
"The population of the town grows in the evening because of factory workers who break from work and also workers from Nairobi who reside in Athi-River making Mavoko a dormitory of Nairobi."

Hi guys ,
Sorry for going off topic. I just need some advice ,would you be knowing where Mavoko is ....
Drive as if you are going to Kitengela, but before you pass the railway crossing, turn left. That is Mavoko:-)

I believe we are going against the lists rules. <Personal belief> 1. Mombasa road is going to be dual carriage way all the way to Machakos junction. 2. More offices apart from relocating to westlands and upperhill are moving towards Mombasa Road e.g KTN 3. Value of land has appreciated 3 fold in last 5 years (personal experience). 4. Highly unlikely to be affected by post election violence. </Personal belief> I would recommend, if you get genuine land go for it. I say genuine, because Kitengela, though not in Mavoko has had issues of land inside the national park being sold off. All the best.
