Responsibilities and Duties- Research,
resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, e-mail,
walk-ups, and call-backs in a timely manner, in accordance with current
procedures
- Assist either in person or remotely, in the resolution of support issues to ensure timely impact on user satisfaction
- Acquire
and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and
support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to
customers
- Monitor client support performance and maintenance schedule
Skills and specifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop or help desk support role

Extensive knowledge of Mail servers, Mail clients and Web Servers (Both in windows and linux)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics, ability to multi task is a must
- Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sharp mind with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and work out complex logic problems
- Must be self motivated
