Please circulate the job announcement below.  The program manager positions are both very high-level.  We will not consider an applicant with less than 10 years of professional experience including significant management experience.  For the quality assurance engineer we are only looking for people with previous experience in formal quality assurance.  We will be posting a number of software engineering positions (both senior and entry level) in a month or so once we fill the needs in management and QA.

Bridge International Academies is a for-profit startup company revolutionizing education across Africa with a unique business model. The company runs a large-scale network of low-cost primary schools in Kenya that significantly outperforms other primary schools in the same areas because of our “school in a box” systems. Our schools profitably deliver this high-quality education for less than $4 per child per month, which enable the schools to cover all their costs and create a profitable central organization at scale. We have launched 37 schools in Kenya, we will double in size in the next 6 months, and plan to rapidly scale the company to serve more than 1 million students across the continent.
 
Innovative uses of technology are key to enabling the companies expansion and the company develops and maintains a number of custom software systems that are used both in the field and at headquarters.  The IT Team at Bridge International Academies currently consists of 25 people covering software development, product management, quality assurance, data analysis, IT infrastructure and support.  We are working on a number of exciting software projects including ERP software, mobile applications, GIS and integration with mobile payment systems.
