This is product is not very clear, is it licenced 24Gig frequency IP backhaul?
I have never heard of licence free 24Gig, unless they mean 2.4g. I can only wonder what their interference mitigation plan is considering the number of devices running on 2.4.

Yes. My understanding is this is not a router. Point-to-Point means
bridging, so that is what it is - Wireless Bridge.
