@Peter, thanks for pointing out the "anomalies" as far as pricing on chekelea versus the voucher program-sellers goes, be assured that as soon as I'm back, will request the concerned people to look into the matter. Unfortunately at this time, I'm unable to provide any information and have appreciated your thoughts on the matter, please bear with the delay in responding.

 

In the meantime, if the voucher program offers are genuine and so it seems, then it's definately a big positive step towards empowering students with the tools and I wish those who are in the voucher program-sellers best of luck with their business endeavours.
