[Skunkworks] Seacom Down

Have been experiencing slow speeds only to learn that Seacom is down. To quote their twitter updates "We note SEACOM services between Mumbai and Mombasa are down since 9:19 GMT/5th July 10. We are still investigating. More updates to follow." My question is :- - Kwani these guys do not have adequate redundancy where they can route traffic through another link - Whatever happened of TEAMS and EASSY cables that were to be fully operational by July - Is anyone experiencing normal speeds ?
