Yes. Its a Safaricom issue, they just confirmed it and someone needs to do something about it.
I had to downgrade my site to Drupal 6* and all was well.
If you had to upgrade your site from Drupal 6 in order to use a better theme or because the most common modules you used were now stable in Drupal 7, would all be well?
