My thoughts:
- On a wide screen monitor, the site is nicely centered
- It lacks a favicon
- The search feature actually works and is fast!
- The "Email Us" link just below the second level horizontal menus seems misplaced, lost, lonely... I think they can find a better place to place it
- The page titles for each of the pages i checked are unique; i hear googlebots like that
- On the homepage, the left side box called "Bank Returns" seems to have different margins/padding than the others before it causing a slight inconsistency
- The page breadcrumbs actually work!
- The floating tables on the right side come too close to the text in the middle section, a little space wouldn't hurt legibility.
- The URLs are very clean
My verdict; whoever did or maintains that site surely knows what they do.
