That said, beg to point out that we have a Nairobi(urban) mentality here....those sites were probably made by someone struggling to learn web design on their own in shags and trying to use free resources to do so....in my opinion they have really tried and the hotel one in kisii offers better usability than many complex sites ive seen for companies based in cities.
However, if someone on this list who studied in a reputable institution or self taught with access to large amounts of internet did the same, they deserve to be hanged.....
