This is a risk what everyone takes in working for a BPO. A disgruntled client can pull out of a contract (with all its legal implications) any time.Also, foreign firms have ruthless business practices, and there's very little Atwoli can do.

You kno nothing kills an employee moral than this .. 6 months with no guarantee of reviewal of salo.. Hell i think it inhuman. U cannot pay the tea girl the same amount u pay ur customer support team. And u can not call ur Genetor to fagia under ur desk if he earns 10k more than u. I mean.. common airtel.. INFACT UM gonna make this a topic just now.
