The key thing I would think is that people would coalesce in team where they already know each other and how each works. In my experience, people do tend to work with the same set of people generally..

So each writes code differently as there seems to be no standardization of code writing. However, I believe a solution is at hand and will work on a BPO software company concept. No need for any " comeon over to the office and sign a document" meet types. Rather, development can be done remotely. And lucky for programmers, hours are not an issue.
