actually you can email icann and you will need to send your documents to show the case that you own the domain and your company registration and id of business owners.

unfortunately this is something that will take a couple of days to weeks and if your domain is due by the 2nd of June renewing it may cause less headaches with the process.

you want to avoid your domain going into redemption.

if this domain is not going to earn you a million shillings in the next couple of years, mark it as a mistake , move on and register a new one with a more reliable host.
