The ISO 9001:2008 standard provides a *tried and tested framework *for taking *a systematic approach* to managing the organization's processes so that they consistently turn out product that satisfies customers' expectations.
Now, if this is what KNH is certified for, then as Mblayo says, KNH is wrongly certified. I am not surprised though, that most organizations are going for ISO certification, even the irrelevent one. It's what is also referred to as "concurrence".
Please be specific about the ISO standard KNH have certified for.
