You are supposed to run lsusb not lspci. what's the model out the card? I once had an intex usb tv and I couldn't manage to to get it running on Linux. Find out its id from lsusb and search for its support. On Oct 14, 2011 7:02 AM, "Eva Kimathi" <evakimathi@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi all,
I bought an external tv card (USB) a year ago. I have been trying to make it work on my laptop (currently running fedora 14) but on running lspci, I don't see the device. I have a virtual box hosting windows XP and it is recognized on it. Before you ask, I have 'googled' and checked out linux forums unsuccessfully. Has anyone out there encountered a similar situation and sorted it out? Help.
Top of the day to you all.
