I think the best thing is just throw away the sim cards.

as they ask themselves...did I use all that bandwidth????? Perhaps I
did...or perhaps I did not....did I??? I did!! No I did not!!! Perhaps
I did...

I am now watching my bandwidth very very very very closely.
