After discussions with Magutu on this issue, it boils down to a hardware problem and this is best solved by buying a new server since the one currently in use is way past its life time and was never server grade hardware. Since this group exists with no external funding/income/sponsorship, it would be nice if we could come together and donate for the purchase of a server grade machine - which am sure can be supplied by one of us at a reasonable rate.
