Hi Folks, Anyone who has successfully installed the above modem on either of the two OS's assist. I manage to install the application that comes with the dongle. However the "connect" button remains greyed out despite having 3G network coverage and all indicators (Sim card and usb card) are green (which means ok) as per the manual. What am i missing? PS: Calling airtel support was not helpful :(. Thanks, Mich.
