There she will be taught by the best teachers like w3schools and phpeveryday. later on stackoverflow will provide guidance and monitor her progress. Exams will be conducted by critics, hackers, bloggers and twitter. All drop outs will be faced by ridicule from peers. Cheating and collaboration is highly encouraged (lone students will be punished by receding hairlines and insanity).
