@ thomas av done it over and over but am tired they always say "I have passed it to our "technical team" they will rectify.phew,its not today this problem started its been there since feb and now i had to mulika mwizi.

On a serious note: Their customer service has improved a lot .. twit or simply call them. It will be rectified asap.
