Refactoring and development of new robust, highly maintainable PHP code 2. Development of code that efficiently and securely interacts with multiple databases 3. Complete ownership of projects, from design, through to review, implementation and go live 4. Participate in code review processes 5. Ability to interpret, extend, improve and document existing code-bases 6. Database and application design skills 7. In-depth programming capability including advanced algorithms and data-structures including OO techniques 8. Unit and system testing The ideal candidate should posses: - A bachelors degree in Computer Science or an Equivalent - Good interpersonal and communication skills, - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, - A self-motivated and self-initiator attitude with the ability to work with minimum supervision, - A dynamic, proactive, results oriented attitude with strong analytical and decision making skills.
