@ Mugo Actually they have been sending subscribers messages asking if anyone in CC has treated them badly. A big step i must say as safaricom experiences a major problem in PR... with regard to its CC.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

I was angry first when it took 1,000 and refused to send me my 300mb. I called CC and they said I loaded nothing. I decided to wait till the next day but I was lucky the reply came after 3 hours</div>
