In the last few days my Outlook has refused to connect and send mail giving the (infamous) Task '..............com - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' Now if my ISP is safaricom,and I have not changed settings in the last few weeks,what am I supposed to do?Im hesitant to go through the call center option Anyone else suffering or just me?
