[Skunkworks] Request Tracker Ticketing System

Hello, Anybody out there who can assist in giving details on how to configure Request Tracker Ticketing System. The system has been written in Perl. I have managed to intall it but have been unable to configure it to pop E-Mails. Your assistance will be appreciated. Regards, Humphrey
