
I have done both copy paste and design from PSDs. I think it all depends on the user requirements of the client. if all we want is information, then copy paste and focus on delivery. - There are no original coders ( or such are not on skunks lists ).
- There are no original webbers ( or such are not on skunks lists ).
I guess with the advent of content management systems and apps that allow you to get a site up "in an hour" its kind of hard to find original coders nowadays, most people reuse existing code. I do so myself as am a sesonal web developer.
For me i find It faster to do so when you have time constrains and a day job that keeps you busy.
