If you have paid attention to whats happening the _primarykey_ in KE is
PIN number.

If this has become the everything from Post-paid line, KPLC, Water, Bank
Accounts, Car registration, Passport, Job applications and every other
place you go its a requirement. I have quickly had to cram the number
because i have to fill it in every now and then - ID is only being left
to entry into buildings now :)

Regards,

LOL.

Now, if PIN number becomes _primary key_, what happens to the underage who wants to own phones under such legislation? They use their parent's identification, right?

And while at this, though off topic, I was listening to Minister Oparanya last evening saying on Radio (my car don't have the TV yet!) that during the upcoming National Census, people will still have to be made to specify their tribe! This will be used as one of the factors to be considered while .... crrrrap!! I did not listen to the rest.
