sorry for the silly question nor not sure if correct to post , whose smashed hdd needs recovering and can this hdd not be sent to certified labs for such ( like blackbox of a plane )? As far as intel agencies go, just like we share info amongst ourselves on tech issues, am sure these agencies also do the same for their issues. Cyber crime : you mean credit card fraud, porno or what? What about the developments ( the papers carried it ) on mpesa being used by bad people. There was a thread recently on this list about sms warnings? The more we dig in, the more confusing it gets... let me avoid being spammy. :-)
