By the way this has nothing to stop an other investor with modern tech investing in TZ.In this fast moving world of infra structuring . Africa has an advantage over Europe to go Mobile just because they didnt have countrywide cabling.Same can happen in other fields.Others have witnessed the technology they have invested so much go obsolete before seeing ROI. We have so many lazy and wicked leaders but there so many things that are better off than in Kenya than have ever imagined.
