What's happening on the 3G is that you get connected and cannot transmit data. Dead connection.
If that is happening on WiMAX, then they must be having a major issue somewhere.
Why they haven't communicated that is now the next question.
Incidentally, I have noticed this on Safaricom Wimax as well.Sigh.
