Okay, responding to above question but may not be obvious due to all the top posting :(
I think he would have brought it up because of the native outlook support. It was still not a good answer because the original question was on open source mail server and his answer isn't. I guess he never read the question carefully. If outlook support is important, you may look at SOGo. If you can integrate it with z-push, you could also support mobile devices with exchange active sync http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z-push Regards, Muriithi
