Oh really? Coz the last time there was a dell advert they were there on the list, but I usually use them for HP and Microsoft issues

Just like me. I only dealt with them for HP and M$ stuff...
never hear they deal in Dell at all, but perhaps they are taking on that line now. Will find out shortly.
