What happens when she enters her username and a blank password? I
guess there are red inscriptions below  the pwd box looking something
like "the username and password do not match" ? Has she then used the
'I can't access my account", just below the password box?
Well, how has been using her gmail for whatever period she has been
online? Or was it a case of "remember me" when she signed in? What
password has she been entering? Smh!!!
And where has she been accessing hher emails from?
SERIOUSLY!!!
Or maybe, when she entered her password and it appeared bullets (or
*****) she actually thought one needs to to key in bullets and/or
***** instead of her password?

Okay, females are unlikely to use complex cyrric heirogylphics for
pwds. So I think she needs to think of soft things like pink, blue,
white; names of Mexican (and the Phillipines) drama characters,
musicians etc, and  viola!!!
