Let me add to the question. Do we have any provisions in our laws that allow for copyrighting of domain names. I know domains like facebook.com or amazon.com are protected by copyright. Is it possible to register a company that is primarily based on a domain name - like in the case where there is only an online store and no 'Brick and Mortar' shop?
