Or u can do this, still in Windows. If u know where the virus is on the fs, 1. Open task manager 2. Go to processes 3. Right click on explorer.exe. End ALL processes. (cant remember the exact name of the option) This in effect removes locks on files and can therefore be deleted. 4. Still in task manager click on Run process, open cmd. Cd to folder where virus is. 5. Strip it of the system attributes by typing attrib -s -h -r <filename> 6. Delete! Type del <filename>. Restart machine. Hi Good people,
I have some viruses that are preventing my collogues form accessing the internet. I have tried to install the following; Nod32, it cleaned some but still not able to clean this; {m1h5i2y1t4h4.exe} On trying to uninstall the Nod32 to install endpoint it gives an error message that processer does not allow this.... Does anyone there know a better antivirus that I can use to clean this; {m1h5i2y1t4h4.exe} Preferably a shareware.
