I think 100,000 against an investment of 5000 is overrated.<br><br>What about advertising - How do you tell 16 Million People that you have a certain service X.<br><br>Do you need to register your business?<br>Do you need a betting License?<br>
If the service you are selling is indeed valuable it may take some resources and effort to put together say a property listing.. You need to avail new properties... maybe even partner with a property management company.<br>

Shoddy. Some clients had to withdraw from the same business because<br>
