ENRICH, Enhancing Energy Accessibility & Efficiency through establishing sustainable Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), support national networks with a regional dimension in East Africa (EA), will promote regional co-operation in the energy and environment sectors in East African countries by establishing three national networks to support STI and a regional portal with a database of experts.

The African Virtual University (AVU) is undertaking the development and implementation of Enrich portal and is seeking to recruit an INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT to perform this activity.

To this effect,

1.    the AVU hereby invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment:
                 PORTAL AND DATABASE OF EXPERTS DEVELOPMENT

2.    the scope of work and Services to be provided:

                The services to be provided and the scope of the work are indicated in the Attached Terms of References (ToRs).

3.    The AVU now invites individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above described services. Interested eligible individual consultants should support their applications with:

• Applicant CV or profile
• References on the same services
• Technical proposal indicating baseline project plan
• Indication on the service costs
