This could just be a case DNS poisoning and nothing more. It happens and it would just mean your ISPs DNS servers have been compromised and are resolving Google.co.ke to another site.

Try with Google's won DNS like 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 and see if google.co.ke is still hacked.
