It's a case of Murphy's law things don't work when they should. Anyway an accident usually happens due to a sequence of events if you watch Air Crash Investigations you realize that. Sad when it happens

Thats true Brian. But think of it like the vehicle GPS application
that sends out its coordinates and other info to a Rescue Services
server the minute it crashes(..adjustment and enhancement of
programming algorithms.) My point is, radar has failed more than enuff
times- KQs Douala crash, Air france and even the infamous September 11
when planes apparently went off-radar. It doesnt necessarily have to
be when a plane crashes but also for security concerns. Your take?
