You could probably start in a small high density area then grow out. Probably student areas or dense middle class areas like Highrise or Nyayo Embakasi.

Here's the point of this venture. You as a consumer are currently satisfied quite clearly by the Data being provided by our Internet Data Providers, ISP's or whatyouwantocallthem. In my opinion, you're settling. I don't want to settle and i'm going to try and get people to understand what that feels like so i've got myself figuring out what that is going to entail.
I've seemed to have got a few specialists who are enthusiastic about doing the ISP thing and i'm keen on making a dent on this economic slave maker so where do you want to stand?
