Haiya, I thought these devices are available everywhere - just go to Crossroads, downtown and get a light motion, night/day/light sensitivity devices. I have two somewhere but cant climb to pull them from their current location. They sell at approx Ksh. 1200. The once i have and are all available downtown/uptown have your required characteristics of course you program them using some "buttons and levers". Wilson.
